4. You agree not to modify, adapt or translate the Software. You also agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software.
5. This license is PERSONAL TO YOU, and neither your rights hereunder nor any copy of the Software, may be sold, assigned, distributed, transferred or sublicensed to any other person, in any media (including electronic media), without the prior written consent of the author.
6. You are using this software at your own risk. We are not responsable for any damage or loss of data that might result in using this software. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE.
7. This Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Software.
8. All images, sounds, musics included with this software, as well as the software itself, are copyrighted.
This software was made using a Pentium III 667Mhz with 128Mb Ram. We can't assure you that this software will work on an older computer. You will need Window 95 or greater and DirectX 5 or greater.
